Well, it is cloudy today. Mr. Sun is trying to shine through. We are probably going to have more rain. My shoulder blade is screaming at me, so that is a good sign and my left knee cap feels like a hot knife is slicing through it.

This weekend, if I am feeling up to it, Michael and I are going to rearrange the livingroom. Since my mobility has become worse, we need to switch things around again to accommodate me.

Hi everyone. Popping in for a bit. Since I am on dial up I have been keeping the phone clear for Austin. As you know Hope has come through her surgey and doing very well. Hopefully she was able to get the rest of the testing done today. That way she will not have to go back in June. Hopes stats before she left were 98% the highest ever so
far.

Hope and Austin should be returning home sometime tomorrow. Icon_sun

Surprise,Hope and and Austin arrived home this evening at nine, 37 hours after they left. 560 KMs later on the car round trip. Hope had her supper meal in the car on the way home and evening meds as soon as they got home. She is doing great.

I know, Joyce. Isn't that wonderful news? I received the email from Austin too. I just got on the computer about twenty minutes ago and checked my emails. God does answer prayers!

Well, I am off to bed. I was just waiting to hear from Austin.

is finally shining in Oshawa!

Michael has gone down to the market to pick up so potatoes, carrots and coffee whitener. I am trying to catch up on things here.

Later on, hopefully, we will get started on the livingroom. I am hoping to have it all done before I go into the hospital. Doing the livingroom will also make changes to our bedroom, Michael's studio, the diningroom and the balcony. It's funny how one room can change so many other areas. rolmao

I am just waiting for my pain meds to kick in so we can get to work.

Faithful Bear is laying beside me and the Girl is in the bedroom on her bed. Hopefully, next week, I will be getting another camera so that I can take some pix of my precious kiddies.

Hi ya, Great news about Hope!!!!

It was beautiful here today. Mark helped a neighbour paint and than that neighbour lent us his lawnmower because ours is broken. Took K to moms for her to stay overnight. Visited for a bit than came home to watch movies and play on the puter! LOL

Hi Everyone,

Finally, a nice day in Oshawa. The sun is shining, there is a nice breeze blowing and I can't hear any screaming from kids or tenants. rolmao

Still in pain, but, I am going to take it easy today. No, we haven't got the livingroom done; however, we did work out a floor plan this time. By the time that everything is done, everything is going to be so efficient and we will have more space and shelving area. One thing that we have missed from our old apartment was that someone had turned the first closet as you walk into the apartment into a pantry. Today, we are gong to make a pantry out of the coat closet and move the coats down the hallway. Finally, we will have the storage area for the kitchen that we so desperately need.

Well, I am off to make Letta's tag for the Last Word game.

Evening all, today was a busy sunday. We had Kiana's bowling banquet this afternoon~there was bowling , pizza and awards!! Than even tho Mark can't play ball right now he wanted to support his team so we went to watch one of the 2 games they'll be playing tonight. Now Kiana is in bed, Mark is watching tv and i'm catching up here. The weather was beautiful today but it really cooled off this evening.

First time posting in this section but I wanted to let you all know that I won't be on here for the next week as my phone and internet will be disconnected tomorrow for about a week as I am moving. Staying in the area but a nicer house and neighborhood...I'm stressed out over all of it and getting it done but when its over and done, I should be a much happier camper. My place is being moved Tuesday night and my g/f will be done on Wednesday...then just back here to clean after that as I have to be totally out by Saturday. Have a good week everyone and take care!

Like Pridemom, this is my first time posting. Have been reading previous posts. Sounds like everyone is busy. I'm not sure what is going on with Hope and Austin, but it sound like good news

. I lead a very boring life. I have an 18 year old son who will be graduating HS in June. Now just to get him to get a job. LOL. He hasn't had any classes since March. I have "inherited " a couple more kids. His friends have been homesteading at my house. LOL. Now if I could get them to clean, instead of sleep! Any ideas?
I miss my daughter and grandson. They were killed in a car accident 5 1/2 years ago.
It seems that all I do is work. I work nights, so my day is spent sleeping. I miss out on a few things.

Good Afternoon. Sunny day here today. Doing laundry and then the lawn looks like it needs mowed. So that is my days plan. I had a lazy day yesterday.Our son was in for a visit. Then the afternoon was mine, rolmao

Watched the Indy 500, great race but my lady driver did not win. Oh well she had won a race a couple weeks ago.

Char59-- Congrats to your son graduating. Hope is my niece she has had tough battle for life but she is doing amazingly well now. Beneath my siggie there is a link to Hope's site.

Char, maybe if you put a list of chores on the fridge door for the "homesteaders" and tell them that if they don't do the chores, you don't buy groceries. It worked for me when I had "homesteaders." They moved out.

Me, I am taking it easy. Michael has started in the process of moving everything around. I kind of useless right now. My right shoulder blade is killing me, the fibro is driving me up the wall and my other end is not very happy right now.

Michael is out with the kiddies at the moment and will be back shortly. Time for me to get their goodies ready.
